Damaris Weiler: There's medical software 'out there' for both Palm OS and Windows Mobile. I have seen and worked with doctors, nurses and pharmacists using PDAs. Some still use the Palm OS, while others use Windows Mobile. There's no real winner here as they suit the needs of the individual user. I personally use a Windows Mobile device, but sometimes wish I had a Palm OS device. Only because Palm OS devices tend to have a lesser load time than a Windows Mobile device. But Windows Mobile devices have more robust features than a Palm OS device. I've used both and since I am more in need of the robust features in what I have to do, I've gone with a Windows Mobile device....Show more

't want to make myself sound dumb or anything like that but i have a blackberry pearl 8130 with alltel and its a great phone it has great organizers calender task reminders and alarm clock the internet browser is user friendly and the email support is really good if you want to learn more about the phone you could visit blackberry's website or go to google and type in blackberry reviews i looked at a bunch of reviews before i got mine to make sure it was exactly what i wanted i suggest that you do the same! hopefully you find what you need :)...Show more
