Loriann Carrigan: The best way is to save your music to a micro sd card (assuming that your phone has a micro sd slot) from you computer. Then you should be able to play songs and create play lists once you open the mp3 player on your phone.
Jonie Lauria: It depends on the type of phone. Most MP3 phones have a small memory card called a Micro SD card or something like that. You put the SD card in a card reader then you transfer the music from your computer to the card and put it in your phone. The other way to do it is to hook up your phone to the Computer using a USB cable and the music is transferred to the SD card or transfers it to the phones memory.
